Commit. Every spring NCAA football teams participate in national signing day. It's when high school athletes make their final commitments to a university.

Most of the athletes dream of playing for a championship, but they can't move ahead unless they're willing to commit. For them, it means a signature. For you, it means an everyday act of will.

Lead. A leader isn't necessarily a person with all the answers. Not a genius. Not the most talented. Leaders take steps forward when others hesitate. They demonstrate discipline, determination and courage. They make difficult decisions when the odds are bleak and own up to their mistakes when necessary.
